Um...can I convince you to pick this up again after two years, or are you out of the world of fanfiction? This is rather good...

People seem to enjoy portraying Phantom as a bad boy. I would object, but it is so much fun to read! Phantom is awesome. I really hope you continue writing this story because it is really interesting, as all of your stories seem to be.

This story certainly looks promising, I'm looking forward to seeing more of it if/when you update it.

this reads like a classic novel. very enjoyable, enough mystery about the characters to create curiosity from the reader, and original enough that it's intriguing without straying from the original Danny Phantom.
