MasterOfThePen 2007-02-03 . chapter 1Finally decided to review this:
Yet again another nice piece for the MollyxJordan shippers out there! I love these "missing moments" fics you write. And I cannot say how pleased I am to see you use my quote in your fic: "His mother taught him that under no circumstances was it ever okay to make a girl cry." Jordan is such a traditional kind of guy! Great job! |
Virtual Dragon of Oban 2007-01-01 . chapter 1Aww, it's cute! I can always appreciate a good Jordeva fic, even if it's just friendship. |
 Ms.Witch 2006-12-26 . chapter 1Oh! Nanashi! This was positively adorable! xD |
Youkomon 2006-12-24 . chapter 1This is a thoughtful attempt to convey the strange relationship Molly and Jordon share as it is one that relies on trust, understanding, mutual friendship and a little bit of give and take.
I especially enjoyed how you made all the various incidences fit along the episode timeline instead of strangling your one-shot into a talk the two young people share after the race where everything is 'kissed better' or so to speak...it was a refreshing break of pace to a site cluttered with them. Of course this means that your time interval is a lot more spaced out so Molly's disgruntal acceptance of Jordon is handled at a natural speed. In other words, you've got a very nice feel of realism here.
You said you wanted to show the 'meaning' of the strange bond the two are a part of, including or regardless of romantic feelings, as well as what it means to them...and I sincerely believe you've achieved it. Well done. |
Copper.Shine 2006-12-21 . chapter 1Cool, another follow-up! This was nice; well written and emotionaly packed. I didn't catch any spelling or grammer errors, so good job! Putting up on faves!
