This was by far the best LxLight fanfic I've ever read. The ending made me want to cry; you captured the shift in Light so perfectly.

I swear, by chapter 12 I was crying buckets.

This was so depressing and so wonderful at the same time. I liked how you managed to keep them in character so well, capturing everything from their emotions to their conversations.

i really liked this chapter, the interaction between the two is perfect. although that could be said for the rest of the fic as well, so i dont know precisely why this is my favourite one. i've read the entire thing btw, im just reviewing here. the relationship between L and Light is well crafted, and all the little moments leading up to it are pretty perfect. also, the gap between the feelings of the second to last and those of the last chapter was just enough of a shock to work for the piece. yay you.

Wow! Excellent portrayal of a developing relationship. I love this pairing; it was doomed from the start, but inevitable. And there are SO many interesting facets to it. Top marks for an in-canon romance story! (Although an AU ending would have been nice...everyone has a right to dream--or deny.)

Oh my gosh. That was just-wow. An abjectly yaoi pairing, yet you totally manage to stay canon. I loved how Kira took over Light's body, but Light truly loved him. And applying thoughts to the anime-You have my utmost respect.

Hey, this is good! You really captured their personalities well. Even though this could never happen, it's still cute!

Sigh... so sad that they can't talk without getting bogged down in accusations and guilt and annoyance at the accusations and guilt.

It's as if events are carrying them onward and they're too afraid of losing what they have to stop and work out how to have something better.

Beautiful. And painful. This last chapter was one of the most hard stories I read. Very well done, magnificent and angsty, without losing any credibility. L and Light are SO well portrayed...

I hate to think about a bad ending >,< But hey, keep on writing. You really got me with this story!

Oh this chapter was so heartbreaking. The nightmare and Light's reactions to it, to how he really could be Kira after all. Then L's ponderings on what would happen to himself if Light really was Kira. You captured their feelings and thought processes really well.

And I guess the best part, or maybe the worst I don't really know, is that all us readers KNOW that Light really is the first Kira. It makes it all the sadder and... heartwrenching. Still, I really love your story and hope to see more soon!
