 J. Carax 4/18/07 . chapter 6Lack of ideas? I thought with a new character entering the mix you'd be full to bursting of thoughts about what to do with him.
Hope you hit your stride soon! I like this story. _ |
Major Mike Powell III 4/3/07 . chapter 5Well, well, soldier...
So! Kana-chan was Hinata Inn's possessed manager, huh? Damn! 'Never saw THAT comin'. Now, just WHO the f..k is this mysterious, 500-years old guy/chick? (Hope it's a chick. XD) Well, now that Kanako-chan's back to normal, let's see what she's got to say now.
Good work so far, soldier. Very interesting. XD And you created your own style of fighting, huh? Kage-Ryu...very interesting. Nice job.
Semper-Fi! Carry on! |
Shethian 4/1/07 . chapter 4Good story. Can't wait to see what happens next. |

Major Mike Powell III 1/28/07 . chapter 4Well, well, soldier...
THIS was interesting. A new enemy rearing it's ugly head around. Keitaro and Tsuruko ready for action...and Naru being nothing but a wreck of nerves! Outstanding!
Well, I feel sorry for Shinobu-chan, though...poor girl. Hope she gets over it.
Now, helluva job, son. Let's see what's coming next. And school sucks. XD
Semper-Fi! Carry on! |
Eric 1/27/07 . chapter 4 Very nice for a "part a", I don't want to speculate on what's going to happen, but do hope you get the chance to continue on a later date. I am sure most of your readers will be waiting when you do review. |
NefCanuck 1/14/07 . chapter 3Very interesting, here I was thinking that the Hinata girls would appear at the compound but instead Keitaro is going a'wandering. I wonder what this means for any sort of reunion with them?
Awaiting next chapter eagerly |
Eric 1/14/07 . chapter 3 You have a good story, it flows well, and there are very little grammar mistakes. (You fixed Setsuna half way through)
Now the one issue I do have is this, Keitaro has just given up quite a lot to help Tsuruko, well he is nice guy (sucker) however he has so far not laminated on the fact the he has given up Tokyo U for an indefinite amount of time. Now Tokyo U was a driving force behind Keitaro, it was his life. To give that up, it must be tough. It would do the story good to see some good old angst about this, will he ever meet his promised girl? at this rate it does not seem likely. |
Major Mike Powell III 1/13/07 . chapter 3Well, well, soldier...
Keitaro goin' on a spirit-searching trip, huh? It wasn't too unexpected. But it was Ok, anyway.
Nice job in describing his new personality. It was pretty cool. Still, I woulda preffered a battle-hardened, heart/mercy-less warrior, but...XD Anyway, nice job.
Let's see where he's goin' now.
Semper-Fi! Carry on! |
Vilkath 1/10/07 . chapter 2Nice story concept, and glad to see an update. It has it's flaws but overall I like this fic, just not evenough Kei/tsu pairings. Even if it doesn't turn romantic, more Tsuruko is always good. Some major plot elements need to be considered though I agree. Only way Motoko would have any chance against Keitaro, is if she does something drastic and desperate herself. Leave to learn from another schook (maybe even a rival?), perhaps even accept help from some Demon? (maybe not even know it's a demon...) Beyond drastic measures like that, it's hard to imagine Motoko practicing by her self in the woods can do anything. On the other side the spectrum.. there is Keitaro. I know he's always kind at heart and willing to help. But giving up all his dreams of College, his promised girl? To train for 3 years? it's a bit much, he might do it, but he wouldn't be remotely happy. |
