Well, I definitely like this so far, and I'm actually a bit mad at myself for reading it at the same time as 180, but I can't help it. I'm curious to hear the answers to the questions opened up by Larxene and Axel's conversation the first night Riku met her, and I have a feeling they're coming up within the next few chapters. I keep drawing connections between LNOL and 180, which is fun. I can only assume that this has to be intentional, but props since it makes it really fun to read for anyone in the process of reading or who has read all the available story for 180. Can't wait for your next update in either, and maybe I'll placate myself with SS while I'm waiting :]

Bahahaha the bus pervert! I was reading FAQ for 180 when I saw the sole Q&A for LNOL on there mentioning him. I must say, I'm thoroughly amused (and reading the uncensored version, if that makes a difference) and would think it hilarious if he showed up again. Looking forward to reading the remaining three chapters posted so far, look for a comment from me at the end :D

Um, so I've been reading this on your site, but I came here to review & add to story alerts, because OMG this is amazing and you are a goddess and why are Axel and Riku so hot/cute together? I don't even really ship them, but I'm enjoying this a lot (and wondering how Axel could break Riku's heart so badly when they shared this). wow. hello :) totally awesome story so far. truthfully, i'm currently reading read the other story too 'A Complete 180'. that one is awesome too, but seriously, i love the way you write in both, i find it really engrossing, like almost addictive , i read one real long chapter and i want to read the next, and i have to stop myself. haha yeah that probably sounds weird but oh well. anyway like i said, superb stories, this is my first Axel/Riku fic, i'm really enjoying both of your stories. Ya I know that I just reviewed one of your other stories. But I loved you writing style so much that I decided to check out your other fics! And this one caught my interest. AxelRiku isn't a pairing that you see often. You write them so well! I love it!

You. ;o; This story is about as close to perfect as it gets. I was squealing and giggling and aw-ing on the plane - in addition making everyone around me listen to certain passages. The writing is crystal clear and brilliant to read, especially when you're describing the characters.

Axel first, because I think I have to say about Riku, though I love them both equally in this, lol. But seriously. I'm so impressed with your Axel. This is like - the story everyone should read before writing Axel. He's perfect. I can't really describe what it is I like so much about him, but I think that's because it's his actions that speak for him. It's not like I can just say "oh, he's so witty" or "wow, he's such a wicked character" because it's more about what he does/says and how he does/says it. It's his entire way of being that you've captured so perfectly here. Maybe it's all the metaphors? XD In any case, much much love for your Axel - and your Axel's influence on Riku. XD

So Riku - he is absolutely precious. I'm pretty sure I want to keep him forever. It's no wonder Axel wants to photograph him because Riku is amazingly captivating in this. BTW - I don't think anything will ever top that scene. It was gorgeous. I could feel the timidness from Riku, yet a bit of his pride coming through, and Axel was the perfect combination of playful and understanding. It was really stunning to read. And vivid - really, really vivid. -love-

More generally, Riku having his eyes opened like this is pure delight. But I just think just anyone could make it this real and candid. That's what I love about this! - it seems incredibly honest! Very, /very/ few other things I'm reading right now strike me as being as open as LNOL. I love you for exposing Riku like this; you're doing a beautiful job of staying true to his character even under different circumstances (with Rena and all).

The Bloc Party lyrics - definitely fitting. I can't honestly say that I would have made the connection, but I swear when I saw them there - it was like I had known all along that they fit this story. That song and LNOL just feel the same somehow. It's lovely.

Also, I love the way you've used the other characters (Saix, Vexen, Olette, ect), but more randomly - I love your choice of last names. High approval for that. XD

AND - the last line in this chapter really said a lot. It's pretty obvious that Axel's playing an important role in Riku's life, but he can't compare to what Sora represents. He did, however, understand Riku there, and I think that says a lot. Even if they're not in love or whatever, that moment made me really happy for Riku. For some reason. I don't even know what it was exactly. I kind of want to cry now - thinking about it. WHY? AND HOW? HOW DO YOU DO THIS TO ME? D:
