I'm not sure I've ever read a story more perfect or complete. The concepts stay with you; ambiguous and beautiful.

That was just...flawless. I hate when something is so good that it leaves you speechless; without anything to say. Other than...wow.

Amazing. Beautiful. Thought-provoking. I loved it. I'm besotted wtih your writing style, a parallel to my own (although you might disagree), although not equal. Your writing is like what I imagine mine will look like a few years from now, or ten, however long it takes for my skills to devolop. Of course, that is wishful thinking. Wonderful. Keep writing. I love this.

Also, about number 10. Is that Jack? I just wonder: "your namesake", "his mother's hands". I didn't quite get those snippets of information.

Oh damn. I'm not a huge JE fan, but this was so awesome, you may have converted me. That was the most in character I've seen either of them in a long time.

"taste the gold in his mouth"--great line. “But you’re saying there will be a next time?” is a very Jack thing to say, which is more than can be said for a lot of fanficcers who think they understand the character. I don't know what the numbers refer to. Just dividers between the snippets (which are, btw, kind on my attention span)? Overall, sweet.
