I can tell that it's one of your older works, but it was certainly worth reading. As always, I enjoyed your writing, held my breath at the tense parts, and cried at the ending. You say you wanted to write a sequel for this, have you? If so, I'm off to go read it! You are truly one of the best, if not the best writers on this site. I only wished I enjoyed one-shots so I could read those as well. If you would like any critisim, though, I think you could have had Bakura a little more in character. Oh, and before I go, once again I have a question- how old was Bakura when he met Malik? If Malik was 13 when they met and 16 when the fic ended then Bakura must have been reasonable 18-21 when he met Malik. (So that, 3 years later, he can still be young and pretty!)

Wow, this story is amazing! very well written. i love how their relationship worked, though i was very sad when Bakura took him back to the village. *sniff* well, i'm off to read the sequel now!
