Yes, that was quite tragic,but I loved it.Most fairy tales in their true form ended on such a note anyway.It was to the point as well.Splended job.

Oh, this is very good. The only thing I would recommend would be to show the scene where the old woman tells him about the myth that fairies don't bleed when shot with an arrow. It looks a bit like you thought of it last minute and forgot to mention it, so maybe you can just put in an extra paragraph before. And then, when it comes time, put something along the lines of, "Remembering what the old woman had told him, the hunter raised his bow" etc. etc. But this is still very, very good, I love it. *favorites*
