Good story!

Oh lordy, this was depressing, and I really felt like giving ratchet a hug at the end. The Ratchet in the IDW comics- his earnestness, his "I really wish I could do this" demeanor and his kindheartedness were all brilliantly portrayed here. It was an absolute tear-jerking joy to read.

Ah, dangit. That's the issue I don't have. Oh, well. You did say spoilers...

I loved this! I've been reading and, for the most part, enjoying the new comics run, but yeah, I'd kind of wanted to see more interaction between those two after what they gave us in Infiltration.

I think you did a great job of presenting the characters here. The bit with Ratchet feeling uncomfortable as himself about the much smaller humans is a really nice touch. The dialogue all seems natural. The ending is ... wah. Poor Ratchet. (I'm still hoping things somehow turn out okay...)

Very powerful. And very, very well done.

Ah...I haven't even read this comic series but...you pulled the whole thing off splendidly and I almost felt as if I already knew it.

Ahh, the angst, especially with the likes of the neo-comics. I was waiting for a story like this to come by, and you did it. And I loved it, especially with the last touch of Hunter suddenly missing and Sunny in a mess. The dialogue and emotions running between Hunter and Ratchet also got me good. Straya strikes gold!
