I know this story is old, and I don't even know if you still hang out here, but I went back to the beginning of the archive and working my way up, and I just wanted to say how much I adored this story! I love stories where humans meet and befriend the guys, as long as it's done well with no, or at least a minimum of romance as there was here. Also, your use of magic and modern witchcraft was just wonderful! The writing of the story was absolutely lovely! I loved your characterizations of the guys, and particularly those little one-liners, like the V.C. Andrews line and Leo's wondering when this became a democracy. One more thing. Finally finished, and a good ending. But couldn't you have made the fight with shredder longer? I would've loved to see Raph really hand him his ass on a platter.
