Aww...that was so cute! I always loved how "gentle" House sounded on that episode...it was actually the first episode I'd ever seen. Heh, it led me to believe he was a nice guy...found out otherwise after the next couple of weeks. But this was mushy and very well written! Great job!

Blatantly OOC. Writing is technically correct, so kudos for few spelling/grammar errors. However, you clearly are unfamiliar with the character, which makes me believe that you should not be writing him. House... would make his partner get up in the middle of the night to rock the baby, or come up with ridiculous disease ideas, or IGNORE the sniffling, since there's not much you can do with a cold.

That assumes that House would ever father a kid without a whole lot of trickery on his partner's part.

And god, the reason anyone like House is because he's a manipulative bastard. WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE THAT? There is no big cuddlebunny under all that bitterness and vicodin. There is only more bitterness and a ton of sarcasm.

House does not "need" to be a daddy. Also, the rest of your reviewers seem to be on speed. Do you delete the negative ones?

Never in a million years did I ever think I'd like babyfics. But, Katej recommended this one (and she has me writing one for her, too), and I loved your story. I'm extremely fussy and critical, and I thought you managed to keep House IC. And the writing is beautiful.

This was really sweet. You showed a different side of him that many of us don't see.

hum...not bad. as a rather serious House fan myself, I find I must tip my hat to you for this one. and congrats and successfully leaving your comfort zone. the results were a wonderful read.

Aw! Wonderful! And it's not OOC, at least not in my opinion. Deep down...House is made of jello...he really is. ;) Hugh is very much made of jello...so House can't hide it all. ;)
