Well written story; good job! Kind of sad but I can see Wilson thinking along these lines and reevaluating his friendship w/ House.

One thing I find I must comment on tho is that your stories are certainly not the only nonslash House/Wilson on the entire site. There are many good ones. I, myself, have written 3 House/Wilson friendship fics. At times I can understand why you may feel like there aren't any but there are and they shouldn't be competely overlooked. You can offend a lot of people that way. Just saying. It's really no big deal to me (not that I like the idea of mine and other people's stories being overlooked, however I can take it in stride), but I can see where other people would take it to heart so to speak.

Anyway, I really do think you've done a good job w/ this one. Keep up the good work!

Aww, that's sad. You wrote it very well. I want to see the next House episode - see what's going to happen. I don't know how the show's writer's are going to haul themselves out of this one, but I'm sure they'll figure something out.

It does get incredibly anonying with the Slash all the time. I don't see them that way. But you don't have to be so mean about it. People have a right to write what they want. That is why it's called fanfiction. No offense. I'm not trying to be mean. Like your story and it has quenched my thrist for non-slash. Please support our H/W friends.

Just thought I'd have the courtesy to let you know that you are very likely going to make a lot of very good authors very angry with your blanket statement about writing the "only HouseWilson fiction in the whole world that isn't slash." I give you the benefit of the doubt on this, because you're young-but surely you realize the blatant untruth of such a statement? I, for example, have written a trilogy exploring the HouseWilson friendship. In length, the first is a novella, and the other two are novels. They are three of the most well-reviewed stories on the House, MD section of this site, and there is not one word of slash in any of the approximately 150,0 words I've written. And there are many such HouseWilson friendship stories by many authors on this site-good ones, too; you'd most likely enjoy them.

I'm far too old to allow myself to be insulted by a very young author-but some will take your generalizations and unkind words to heart. The reason I'm taking the time to write this to you is because I read 'New Year's Resolution,' and was impressed with it-and I certainly don't think that you meant to alienate many of your readers, or your fellow writers, with your comments. At least, I *hope* you didn't.

Agreed! While WilsonxHouse can be okay in small doses, has taken it to the extreme. Extremely annoying.

Good fic, by the way! I like how it's set up. It sounds like Wilson could actually be contemplating this.
