No, no, this is not finished. This is still just the build up to a good story. How will things go from here? Who will collect Tosh? How will the Torchwood people deal with Tosh's heritage? This chapter was confusing enough when there was still a promise of a full explanation.

I think you captured the voices of the different characters (particularly Sarah Jane and the Dalek) pretty good.

I like the plot. Very intriguing. I'm a little puzzled at what happened when Sarah Jane was first brought into the Hub. Why did Tosh pull her gun? The whole thing is a bit foggy.
