Why Akane suddenly changed her mind, why Ranma allowed himself to show this sort of weakness to Akane, why Ranma was choosing that method of trying to cope... these questions remain unanswered in my mind. I've never heard the song either, so maybe that's part of why I don't get the story. But like I said, the story was good, just confusing.
Rabid Badger 2007-01-02 ch 1, anon.	abuseSongfics are generally not allowed on FFnet, like CatOnFire wrote. This is not due to stricter copyright laws concerning songs however. It's just that RIAA are plain evil. They sue everyone they can, and because their opponents for the most part can't afford good lawyers, they settle. Even if they did nothing illegal. FFnet probably cannot afford to take things to court, and they might have to shut down the site in the meantime. And I don't like songfics anyway, so it would be nice if you rewrote it in plain prose ^_^. Anyway, it's nice to see a RxA story from you, I had a feeling you didn't like Akane.
CatOnFire 2007-01-01 ch 1,	abuseNot Bad. Though you might be interested to know that for the most part song fics aren't allowed on ffnet. This is do to the fact that, outside of parody, Songs are far stricter copywrited than Literary or Video works and could reflect poorly upon the main site itself. Thus they have been pretty much banned unless you are completely ignored for one reason or another. Don't worry I won't squeal.
