Hello. I have one small suggestion/comment. I think perhaps you should have used an actual translation of "99 Luftballons" rather than use the lyrics of "99 Red Balloons." It looses something in the modification. But, other than that, this was really good!

...you might find this extremely crazy, but that fic ALMOST brought me to TEARS! Especially the ending (and to think it was Cloud singing the Numa Numa...hell I need to get enough sleep).

Your summary could not have been better. That's exactly what the fic is about. Made me think about poor Tifa, how she felt after that night and then what happened three weeks later. *sniff* Hell this is definitely one of my favorites!
