Again... amazing. I have no idea which is the real world just as much as Jack. I love this feeling of confusion and the complete inability to infer anything. I felt Omi was speaking in an "un-Omi-like manner" ?.?... but everything else about the story is perfect. You and your beta-reader must make an amazing team. I'm going to stop for now... but rest assured I will return. I may not even be able to keep myself away for more than two hours.

I loved every bit of that chapter. I don't care if Jack was being OOC... it was a good OOC and I think with all the explanation we recieved with the building hate for Chase and his being philisophical it was very acceptable and perfectly executed.

The fight scene or the "beat Jack up" scene was amazing. I was listening to music and by chance the song Miseria Cantare by AFI was playing as Jack just started getting really defiant. The experience is something you get only when you read or watch something that blows your mind. Thank you. I'll continue now.

Wow... that was really cool.

You definately took a different view of how the monks see Jack. In most fics I read they consider him a friend/enemy thing and with them being in character I don't actually think they would leave him like that... but I like how you had them do that in this one. Its less cliche and cheesy... and it gives me more respect for Jack since he could take care of himself.

I also love the research you've done. Very nice touch.

Your description and getting into the characters' minds is very very appealing and it made me happy. I will continue reading now if the next chapter is short, but if it is long... I promise to return later tonight.

Interesting idea, and very well written. Reminds me of a BtVS episode from ages ago...

I especially liked the conversation between Jack and Master Fung, you never usually get to see those interacting - which is great 'cause you can be creative with their characters. I always imagined that Jack would refer to Master Fung as 'The Fung-Meister', for some reason. XD
