I do hope you continue this at some point! It seems like an interesting take on the time-turner stories. Your theory of only one person being allowed alive at a time at first doesn't follow from canon (after all, Harry and Hermione coexist with their past selves just fine!) but I was thinking, you could explain away what happens in PoA by saying that they weren't in the past for long enough to make a difference, and also because they only went back a few hours, their past selves and their future selves were the same strength, magically. Just me theorizing away!
Anyway, I'd be curious to find out what happens next!

It's rare to find excellently-written stories on here, and yours definitely stand out from the norm. I'm very intrigued by this story, and sincerely hope that it's updated someday.

really like how the story is going. it's a little unconventional and i'm a little hesitant with it just because of earlier chapters that usually would have me turned from the story but instead has left me slightly intersted. looking forward to seeing how this story continues!
