Though we already discussed it, I just realized there IS another part of the game where Anise calls Jade by a name other than "colonel." When you first get to Keterberg and go into the casino, Anise does her little spiel about being too young to gamble. In it, they joke that Jade can be her parent, and she calls him as such. Of course, now I can't remember if she called him "Papa" or "Daddy," and it was all in jest, but even still, a little trivia for you.

And, as always, a highly amusing piece. ^^

YC: Yet ANOTHER adorable Anise and Jade moment! I can't get over how much I enjoy reading your fics! Everyone is always in character. (I respect that since I have that hardest time writing Jade's personality)
