I am just loving this story so, so much. The characterization, the dialogue, the mild humor mixed with action... it really feels like watching the show! I'm not done yet, but I can't wait to finish, and read the sequels!

Beautiful story! Very well written, with fantastic descriptions. I was captivated the entire time I read this story.

Even better is your characterization. OOC-ness floods the Avatar section like a rather large plague, but you've nailed each personality perfectly. I'm especially impressed with your interpretations of Toph, Sokka, and Zuko--all of them seem right on the money (especially Sokka's sarcasm and unusual wit, which I personally think would be hard to write).

The plot is certainly interesting. It's an unusual twist compared to the actual season 3, but at the same time it doesn't feel improbable--more like an alternate path that the series could have taken. Very interesting!

Nice job overall. I found this intriguing, and I'm curious to see if you've followed this story up (which I'll be checking in just a minute!) Definitely going onto my favorites list.

FOrgive me, for I have sinned by eating of this delicious pear that is not mine, doodling stick figures on the walls, and not brushing after every meal. laughing is contagious.

Deng is a funny minor character! I loved how Aang was pretending to be so innocent and little.

Well you got your damn honour back, and are you dying of happiness? I hope so, Zuko! Azula is once again evil and cool at the same time--you're writing her perfectly. Same for Guru Pathik and Toph and Sokka and Appa--aw heck, it's like you're one of the real Avatar writers!
