i have a weakness for unrequited love scenarios..also the short and sweet variety. this story is a stone that hit those two birds, nice job!

further, this is one of the best SeixYouko i've read so far. i have to agree though with Sumiregawa Nenene that any other Marimite pair could've stood in the two leads' parts..

Maria-sama ga Miteru fanfics aren't my usual "cup of tea," but I was checking out other works by this FFN author and came across this one.

Once again, another wonderful realistic fanfic dealing with the complex, and often confusing emotions lesbians experience in their love relationships.

Heartbreaking.

I guess this is written okay. Your grammar still needs punching up in places. You might want to consider a beta, or if you have one, a 2nd beta that is more honed to catching grammar mistakes.

My main issue with it is that you could take about any two other female characters, replace them with Sei and Youko here, and still not notice the difference. There wasn't a whole lot here that struck me as distinctly them, more rather two women who were fulfilling each other under the nose of the disapproving husband (tm). One just happened to be a bit more teasing than the other.

Keep trying.

It's why I keep coming back." line..geez you should REALLY continue this fic..consider me a fan of your work ;D

Damn it! I want to say something coherent right now, but I can’t…

Sei and Youko, two different worlds yet, a genuine love grow between them. Life can be unfair sometimes; in this case as you put them; Youko has everything but love and Sei only is capable of give her the love that she wants to feel everyday. I’ll prefer live alone that longing for someone… someone that wish to stay beside but couldn’t.

Those final words from Youko felt almost like a last statement, like someone who will take his/her life because couldn’t take it anymore, I mean; was unable to live any longer under that mask.

Keep your hard work. I’m looking anxious for your next fanfic.

This was wonderfully done, all of the details were just so. It's rare to see a good Sei/Youko fic and this one was just enough to whet the appetite. Excellent!
