I also wanted to comment on the suicide episode here - you got Bobby's feelings down fairly well but resolution of the suicidal emotions will not be a quick thing, and Eames would have to be very supportive and strong to keep him together while he recovers.

Oh, I am SO mad at myself for missing this story! Marion, what a beautifully written piece. Angsty and scary and touching all at the same time. Just outstanding.

Good beginning..such angst, but always the underlying passion between these two is apparent. Aside from some questions I have about "geography" issues (i.e., I live in NJ...I'm pretty sure none of the Great Lakes are near; and I always thought that the New England states are more like CT, RI, MA, ME, etc...)but I can overlook that, 'cause the "meat" of the story is good. Bobby's suicide attempt has to be treated very seriously. Someone that despondent needs professional help. I mean, if it hadn't been for the weather and his gun malfunctioning, the idiot would have succeeded!! (Also, I don't Bobby's gun would be neglected or in disrepair...esp. as an ex-army person and given his organized fastidious nature.)
Anyway, I'm anxious to see what happens next. I hope Alex has some comforting words/actions to bring Bobby back from the dark side. Good job!
