This is a very sweet story...I especially liked the ending. I have to say though, Eggman's brief appearance bothered me a bit; I'm not entirely sure why that is, however. (Maybe I'm just suffering from Egg-Overload...)
Anyway, your story is very nice, and- personally- I think it would be interesting to see what happened after the ending. I hope you have a nice rest of the day/night/etc.
