You have some great details in here like his avoiding skin to skin touch, that he remembered Genesis and the intensity of those memories made him pull away as he settled it in his heart; moments in the dialogue like "It was not you. It was Pon Far." and "For you, I would endure much more." sound exactly like the characters.

I didn't realize you were writing more of this story, so it was a pleasent surprise getting the alert for chapter 3. But I hope chapter 4 isn't far behind!! Like maybe we'll see it tomorrow? :)

Good chapter! You showed insights into Saavik, I loved her watching Spock, and the line about Amanda's smile starting to irritate her. Fantastic descriptions such as the two of melding: just really clicked for me.

My favorite imagery in this story is the scene where she tells him what happened--by candle light in darkness. You've got a good story here--keep it up!

I also enjoyed the glimpses you give in the other relationships here like Saavik's with Amanda and Sarek's reaction to Spock.

Very moving and dramatic! so much depth and emotion, if that is an appropirate word to use :0). It seems Spock is finding himself devling into things that he may have some trouble dealing with for a change. I feel for him but I also feel of Saavik since you seem to get this feeling that she seems to believe that she may be in some type of trouble for what needed to be done on Genesis. It's going to be a tough row to hoe for both I think before it's all over and done with. So it should be an interest ride from here on in! Keep up the good work!

Very nice indeed. It's rare to find Spock and Saavik stories around here. (And admittedly I don't write them myselves, but I do enjoy them) and you might check out some of firewolf's Spock and Savvik's stories, she is excellent but then you might have done that already)

I think you grasp Savvik so well! and her reaction's to all of it as well as her thoughts of of Amanda and the rest of Spock's friends/crewmembers. I would love to see more of your stories or idea's concerning these characters. As I said before you do know and understand Saavik very well and I think you could do something great with a larger story. I hope you consider it, since there are a few of us who do appreciate these two characters in such tales!
