I've enjoyed this story so far! I liked Abraxas, and was somewhat disappointed to see that he was not present for very long. I found the two kisses interesting, especially as one appears to be a curse and the other a blessing... and I also liked that particular Wizarding families may have their own brand of blessing. :)

The only thing I would say is that you should probably get yourself a grammar beta. Your writing is pretty good on that count except for a recurring series of tense shifts and a handful of mistaken pluralizations. ('Gossips' for instance can only be pluralized if you're talking about those *who* gossip, not if you're talking about bits of juicy gossip.)

I only say the above because I am enjoying your plot, but the grammar thingies do make me wince slightly. :)

wow! i'm surprise you don't have enough reviews for this story. I got to say to you, this is lovely, very, very lovely. good character development and character in character. good story line and plot. intriguing and edgy. two thumps up!

Overall, I love the storyline and articulation in the writing style. The gothic prose astounds me.

The story was like a lure, it reels you in. It was well composed but left many questions unanswered.

I will certainly be reading the sequel.

Marvelous plot, very mysterious, although, I must say that I was suspecting Grindelwald from the first moments and was sure exactly when he called Harry 'Albus' most prized pupil' someone dark but detatched form the present? How else could it have been?
But you sure left the most important lines open for the sequel to latch on, so I'm deviously awaiting that one!! I hope it will be as entertaining!

You lied to me... well technically not really but I thought this was supposed to be an DH fic! The only action I saw was Draco kissing Harry and that wasn't even Draco! It was his grandfather in Draco's body! Same with the hug from Sirius. I love the idea of this dark, wiser Draco. Yumm... gives me the chills. There is so many unanswered questions and I can't wait for the sequel! I didn't understand the bridge but hopefully I will once the sequal is out.

I will be looking forward for the sequel.

This is quite a story. I really enjoyed it, even though I am a little irritated that nearly no questions were answered and its going to take a while for the sequel to come out (which I am greatly anticipating.)

Ring around the Rosie also has a darker meaning. It dictates the course of the Black Plauge, most well known plauge that killed over a million people:

"Ring around the Rosie" red pustules that spring up on the victem.

"Pocket full of Posies" nosegays that the visitors would wear to prevent the disease from spreading.

"Achoo, Achoo" sneezing that occurs in the finally stage. Also 'Ashes to Ashes'

"We all fall down." death, the final stage.

That was probably the queerest thing I have ever read in fanfiction. However, I liked it even though it answered absolutely no questions. My favorite part by far was Grindelwald's personality, no one really thinks about him as a character the fact that you gave him such an interesting personality... well it makes me want to read your sequel, whenever you decide to write it. Keep writing.
