Good fic. You captured perfectly the mentor/student and the father/son relationship Benton and Carter have. Nice touch putting Reese and Carter almost in the same leve. Excellent fic. Mu only remark: I dont understand why Peter says Dr.Weaver and not Kerry. She is the Chieff of ER, but not exactly his boss and Im sure he called her Kerry in some epsodes. Im not sure if he would think about her as Dr. Weaver.
