Very nice story, I liked how you teased the reader into thinking that it was the romantic climax but it wasn't until the end. Bravo!

Bravo! I adore Into the Woods. And I love the Cinderella/Baker pairing. I've seen the original cast DVD multiple times, and the first time I saw it I thought at the end, "ZOMG they're in luv!" Funny thing is, my best friend saw it a year later with me and told me the exact same thing. Maybe Sondheim was hinting at something...? :) This was very well written. I loved it.
