i know i'm probably a little late in the review time but that was the best story i've ever read. i've been trying to finish it for weeks but always get pulled away from the computer. i refused to move today. i absolutely loved it

Awesome fic; I really enjoyed it!

I've been devouring KH fanfic recently, and this is probably the best reincarnation fic that I've seen. I loved everything from Roxas' first desperate run after that flash of red hair, to his conversation with Zexion "we're dreaming so we can all find each other" that finally gave him some peace. The accident at the end had me holding my breath; I couldn't bear it if it ended badly after all that; I think I would have never finished the chapter if it had. So thank you on that end. All the references to the KH world really made it a rich story.

I have to say this story is done really well! I'm a bigger SoRiku fan than I am AkuRoku, but this story got me into loving them too^^ You did wonderful with it!

I've got mixed feelings here.
Loved everything, probably still have a couple unanswered questions but I can't think of them right now and I'm in a rush.
Only major thing was the lack of finality about what happened with Sora.
Maybe he just wasn't paired at all..but that's okay I guess, since this story is about Axel and Roxas.

AW I knew it. He even shared his jacket. Oh dear. I'm a psychotic fangirl, aren't I?
Waitwaitwait. Is Sora going to be with Kairi? I can't tell, because everyone is so physically affectionate. I suppose I'll just have to find out.
AH they're leaving! And Sora was supposed to tell Roxas something...! WHAT IS IT?!

I'm getting so impatient to find out all the answers to my questions, or if they will all be answered...well. Only one way to find out.

Okay, first things first. Stuff I forgot to say in my review for chapter 8:
Axel and Demyx's friendship is adorable. I love them!
And. Roxas and Demyx's growing friendship is also adorable. Roxas cares about his well-being now! Yay!
I like how unconventional the relationships between your characters are(and I mean that by writing standards, not life standards, if that makes sense). Like, they don't just meet, and either go from friendship to love or from hatred to friendship to love or something like that. It's more like, obsession to lust to friendship to love. Well, maybe not obsession per say, but you get what I mean. I hope.

Okay, now for this chapter! I know, you must be thinking, how could she forget parts of her review if she was reviewing as she thought of things to say? Well, I don't know. ANYWAY.
YAYSORAANDRIKU. And Kairi, she's cool too. But SORA AND RIKU! I love them so much! Deep breath, okay I'm good.
Sora's wearing Riku's sweatshirt. I wonder if they're going to be paired? I do hope so.

So are Sora, Riku and Kairi out of school earlier than Roxas?
Oh, the whole scene is just too cute! I love them all!
Wait, so Riku knows things about Roxas from before? And he doesn't want to enter the struggle because...he knows Roxas will beat him? That doesn't seem to make much sense. I'm sure it'll be cleared up later...usually when something doesn't make sense in this story, it's just because I'm being impatient.
Geez, everyone's pulling poor Namine around! Roxas pulled her out from behind him to introduce her to Sora, then Sora dragged her over to Kairi, who pulled her onto the bed. Ha!
Sora was about to spill something interesting! Curse this suspense. Even though I'm pretty sure I know what it is. I just hope it doesn't take too long for them to get a chance to talk again.
"We used to do this a lot when we were kids,". It made me think of the three always watching the sunset in their past lives. So maybe they watch the sunrise in this one? Haha, I don't know.
Holy jeez. The sunrise takes like, an hour. They sat in silence for that long?
Sora is such a morning person. I don't know how people can do that.
Haha, Roxas walked out of the bathroom to find the room full of people. Well, just Riku and Kairi, but still. It was funny.
Hayner's obsessed with Sora. It's weird...but I guess Roxas agrees.
YES! I was so sad Axel hadn't shown up all chapter. I thought he'd be here. Whee!
Man, Sora just cracks me up. He's so exuberant and joyful about life. And the funny thing about it is, he's not really out of character.
It's so hard not to say lol all the time, and I don't even say that much. It's safe to just say that this story is just funny.

Roxas told Demyx to read a book, and it made me realize something. Every time Roxas is reading or mentions it here, I think about how boring that is.
And then I thought, "But what have I been doing all this time?".
But I guess I've always been hypocritical about that, since I get mad when my friends read instead of entertain my short attention span.
Oh, sigh. I just love those two! But I don't really know why Roxas had to ask Axel if he really saved Demyx. I mean, he's a nice guy, right? And then he was so affected after hearing that story...I don't know. I over think things way too often. Sorry. ^^'
By the way, I'm reviewing as I read now, so if I seem to jump around even more than normal, that'd be why.
LOL! The meat was crouching! I just pictured a cartoon-y slice of ham with frog legs.
I love how the food always "appears" in front of them. Psh. Magic food. And when I say I love it, I'm not being at all critical. So don't change it! Although I'd think you were crazy if you bothered to change anything about a finished story anyway.

This chapter was so jam-packed I don't know if I can remember everything I wanted to say...

I obviously figured out the deal with Hayner myself, so don't worry about explaining that to me.
I was majorly disappointed not being able to read Cloud and Axel's conversation over the phone. It seems like it should have been more important to the story, Cloud's initial reaction to Axel...
Where does Roxas get all the money he uses to buy fast food and drop cash into Demy's guitar box? He doesn't have a job, so does Cloud just give it to him? I know, not important at all. Haha.
This is just too hilarious. I think I read more for humor than for the plot sometimes. Okay, not.
You know, you can tell what words an author really likes by reading their stories. Like, Stephenie Meyer REALLY loves the word chagrin. I know there are a couple that you have too, and I was going to tell you them, but...I forgot. I'm proud of myself for having remembered this much!
I think it's been 4 (3?) times now that a cell phone has interrupted a tense or inconvenient moment. It doesn't bother me, just wondering if you noticed how often you used that.
You know, when you're writing a review and have the cursor hovering over the window, a little info box constantly pops up beside it. Like, it goes away after a while, but then it just comes back again! Argh!
Roxas is so cute when he's jealous. But maybe he went a little overboard? I don't know, he just seemed to be overreacting to me. He also seems to be kind of wussy about pain...like, his bruised arm was mentioned quite a lot, although I guess it could have hurt pretty bad, being hit by a car and all. In regards to that, though! I forgot to ask last chapter: why was he hurting so bad after working for Cid? He was only running small errands. Then I thought it could possibly be the sex when I read the word limp. But THEN I thought, he can't be that sore. Unless he was violently raped, which obviously was not the case.
Oh man, I know I must sound like an overly critical jerk.
But I'm just a very critical person, of everything...
So I hope you're not offended. I'm typing all of this with love in my fingers!

“And Seifer being Seifer…” Roxas finished, his throat dry. Namine nodded.

“Hayner got mad – when Seifer started pushing him, he punched him, and…and things just went downhill from there. They really hurt each other before we could get them apart.” She paused, taking a deep breath. “Hayner was so…angry. He challenged Seifer to another match, and they agreed to settle everything in the official tournament over break. But Hayner’s – he’s really mad at you right now,” she said softly.

--confused me.
Hayner's obviously mad because Roxas forgot the match. But he was also mad because of whatever Seifer did. It could go two ways so easily, and I just don't know which! One: Seifer simply told Hayner (in some jeering sort of way), and Hayner's mad because Roxas kissed Axel. If that's the case, I'd want to know why he'd be mad about that. Two: Seifer went around and said things to other people, or made fun of Roxas or something to Hayner, which made Hayner mad and want to defend his friend. Neither of them really sound right to me. But I also can't think of what else you could've meant.
