I really like it to the point that I want to chew my fingers off because pawing at the monitor isn't enough. The chronology is a nice touch, and the way Haku's innocence is felt throughout the fic is heartwarming and heart*breaking*. The details are nice, like his relationship with the midwife and the falling of snow in the latter half of the fic. Well done.

Poor Haku-kun! It's sad what happened to him but I still like to read stories with him... he's still one of my favorites. This one was a really good story

Every time I read volume four, I cry. So I guess you can say I love Haku. This ficlet captured him well, and I love how you spoke of his death.
