Actually, I like the direction this chapter took. Creepy, weird, and very well described. Everyone's in character, as far as I can tell. It's hard to imagine what their reactions would be in that situation, but you managed it nicely.

It seems those two have managed to find trouble. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

I don't have much else to say, but I really love this story.

Not that I'd discourage anyone from watching the movie or Spooktacular series, but I think you're doing an excellent job and the break you've had barely shows. :)

Especially with Kat's conflicting feelings with regards to her patience with Stretch and the rest of the trio. One minute she's annoyed, and then she's curious and somewhat sympathetic, and then she goes back to being annoyed again! Exactly how I'd imagine her to be. Especially as far as Stretch is concerned. He's as bi-polar with her as she is with the rest of them, and I love that unpredictability! I also love how she'd forgot that the trio had all experienced death. Their cartoonish, crazy personalities really dehumanize them sometimes, and that part was a great reminder that underneath it all they're people with pasts, too.

You ARE a naughty thing, though, leaving us on another cliffhanger!

For the love of everything good, PLEASE continue this story! It's so very in character and charmingly hilarious. I especially love Kat's interactions with Stretch (an excellent ship, if you're open to ideas ;)) and the trio's obvious concern for their nephew. Even the trio teasing James was spot on! C'mon, give us more!

Nah, I don't think it's out of character. I mean, they've done vaguely similar (Very, very vaguely) things for him in the past. I must say, it's nice to have the title explained. You're doing well, I only saw a few typos ("every" where "ever" was supposed to be and the like.) but it's good you're not ditching it. :)

Children shouldn't play with alternate dimensions...

Ahem, anyway, good chapter with a very exciting cliffhanger. Looks like it's making the jump from drama to adventure, but I think that will be interesting.

I'm so glad you decided to continue this story. The Casper fandom is so small that I'm always dismayed by the good stories that have been abandoned. I don't think the Trio is being OOC at all; in fact, I think this is one of the few stories in the archives that actually does a great job of fitting the plot to their characters, rather than vice-versa. I look forward to the next chapter!

Also, I read in chapter one that you take shipping requests... *cough*KAT/STRETCH*cough* What? I didn't say anything.
