Lathron certainly is a smooth operator! And the explanation for why he is not a warrior... oh yeah, that makes perfect sense given what they have to fight so often! I so enjoy seeing Thranduil interacting with his children through good times and bad and now we know why Lathron isn't a warrior; although we know from other stories he's better off as an advisor.

Bregolas has to be one of my favorite OC's. Even though he wasn't in this much he still commands attention when he is. Gotta love his take charge attitude. I bet he took great pleasure in hunting those spiders.

And Legolas - who doesn't love that little elfling? Still trying to get a sword! And the squirrel - he even wants the squirrel to be safe regardless that he stole something from him!

Loved this chapter; it's definitely going on my favorites!

I am so pleased to see my favorite characters are back. I have been worried about what has been happening to them since the last set of stories. I know Legolas is growing up, but he can still manage to get into a lot of trouble and now he has Emelin to help him. Please continue these stories until our favorite elves leave Middle Earth for Valinor. I am really glad to see Sadron again. You need to find him a terrific soulmate.

Too long a time, no see. How wonderful! Another Legolas and family story. Fantastic. Excellent beginning. Love the moon squirrel and little Emlin as well as all the other characters. (Especially the keeper of my heart Bregolas...*sigh*) I'm already on the edge of my seat and waiting for more. Oh, the suspense... Really looking forward to the next chapter!
