So if they were three and Percy is two years older, then five years later, he would be ten, not seven, and the twins, Abby, and Derek would be eight. So maybe if you wanted him to be seven when he got his glasses, and the others mentioned to be five maybe you should say, TWO years later? I love the way you capture all the deatails and experiences that each character has. I remember you telling me once that you might not be as a good as writer as J.K. Rowling is, however I think you are a GREAT writer and are doing this Harry potter Story of Abby Black and her friends perfectly. And I know what you mean about wanting to be as good a writer as all my favorite writers too. We are special in are own way of writing stories and we do are best! :) Well I better go for now. I really like this prologue (chapter 1) of the next story, i was bouncing in my chair when i saw that u published this story. so now to my review, i really like the description of the day Sirius was tracking down peter...j.k. rowling doesnt tell much about the events of those days. i really like the thoughts of sirius, which shows how rash he is (like in POA, because there Sirius also wanted to kill peter, but harry had to stop him) what i dont get is how is sirius suppose to know that Abby was suppose to stop voldie moldie...did Sirius know about the prophecy that was told about Abby? as for sirius laughing like a maniac, did he know that peter was still alive or did he thought he killed peter? know i also want to see how pettigrew is adopted by the Weasley...and how he reacts about being around abby and dumbledore? also did peter have anything to do with the death of abby's twin? many questions still left unanswered...but still a great opening ...and of course leaving me very happy...and still bouncy :P Great Chapter Carl! |
