Wow this was so well written! I love the writing style. It suites the setting perfectly. When Brisingr came out I was so happy to find out that I was right! Glad to know I'm not the only person thought such things before the next book came out. You should write more Eragon fics. I think you would do rather well ^^

Hehe, I've always thought that Brom was his father...Selena returned to Carvahall, met Brom, they had some fun, she returned to Morzan, convinced him that the baby was his, and then Galbatorix and Murtagh would be telling the truth in the ancient language. For all that they knew, Eragon was Morzan's son. However, Brom told Saphira many things, and I think that was the truth. Just my humble opinion. I like it that you appear to agree with me.

I know the theory myself. I found it out on my own. There are a couple of other things that point in that direction too.

Well I was hoping she would have told him :(. It is very well written and no OOC stuff. You should try to make this a full story...like some type of quest or something. It's very good. Nice work.
