The characters seem quite different.

Edriss seems slightly incompetent.

Wait is Essam a subvisser or Visser 1?

So in this world Edriss is sympathetic and Essam is Visser 1.

This is quite good, though the irony of Edriss being Essam's secretary.

This doesn't read like a musical comedy.

I haven't read beyond the first line, but I feel obliged to tell you that on reading the description of this story, I jumped from my chair and did a little dance around my room. Um. So obviously I am a shameful nerd, and really looking forward to this.

A very eloquent chapter. I can't wait to see what Visser 3 is planning.
