You did a good job capturing Mathilda's personality. She's very different from the characters you usually write, and you managed to keep her in-character. Anyway, I'm just leaving another review for you.

I really like this... And I don't remember exactly what I wrote but... AW, man! It was good. And my favorite line was:
"Kai wasn't just a beyblader, he was an artist of the sport"
It's so true! He makes everything just seem so graceful, artistic, and easy!

I really, really enjoyed this fic. It was different with how you decided to switch things around and write Mathilda as the one fighting Kai in that what-if sort of way. I liked how you dived into her feelings too, by using first person.

One of the things I really liked was how you wrote about her terror in fighting Kai, and how his teammates were even intimidating her by just staring at her. I also really liked the end too; how you showed how much the Barthez Battalion really depend on each other, and the little mentions of her new Beyblade and how she just hoped Kai didn't break it was great.

I really liked reading this - great work!

Kaixo! Wa! this is a beautiful fic... I like Mathilda and I love the Kai's attitude. Maybe he’s really like that but just the anime didn’t show it. Hahahaha! I think any blader could feel like she, I mean... battling against Kai? Wu! Scary (and exciting…) at the end he was maybe not a gentleman but yes a good competitor. Oh his spirit and attitude! It was a complement like that episode when she battles against Raul? You’re right describing all from Mathilda’s point of view helps totally with the feelings… that’s all!
