These were so perfect and beautiful. You indeed matched everyone up to a season masterfully. Plus I'm just so happy when someone sheds a little light and story on the jounin-sensei, who too often get shoved to the back. (And mostly for good reason, as the story really revolves around Naruto's generation.) So the concept of this alone made me happy, but then to have it so well done...

very visual piece with Kurenai. Loved the imagry of Autumn, leaves and storm very much and liked the serious tone that the opening action gave. After description of the 2 male shinobi disparaging Kurenai/kunoichis i was hopeing for a mention of a jounin character giving her a positive word. Probably Gai, but it never happened. but i guess you wanted to end the story emphasizing *storm* more than anything.

Best of the jounin season series by far. great job!

nice, but honestly think you could've done more with Gai. who am i to say though, i tried to do a Gai centered oneshot 'Retirement Speech' and it was much harder than expected. and not nearly as good as i hoped
