Maybe it's just because I'm a guy, but I found this chapter to be pretty hysterical as well. All the commotion about picking out a dress, lol. It was really awesome seeing Aerith start to bond with Tifa and Yuffie though. The story about Cloud's childhood was also really funny.

LOL, Marlene's actions were wonderful, I really loved that. Cloud's meeting the parents seemed to go well enough, and John's question was great. I can't believe Yuffie and Reno actually followed him though, that was pretty amusing as well. The entire conversation about Titanic was hysterical as well. All in all a VERY funny chapter, I loved it.

The escape route was awesome and it really helped how you explained why Cloud had gotten so upset. I'm glad he realized he was over-reacting though. I'm interested to see how Tifa reacts to this as well, although she may not care at all that Zack went out with Aerith.

Cloud going directly to her house instead of calling or texting was perfect, I really loved that scene. They had a well needed talk, kiss, and it looks like smooth sailing form here on out.

I loved this line: “Well, I’m doing your half Mister Anti-sociable,”

Oh wow, what a curveball you threw here. I really thought the date was going to go smoothly, but instead they didn't even make it into the theatre. Stupid Lucrecia :P I'm a little upset about how Cloud reacted, Aerith deserved much better then that. Looks like we're going to have a bit of a conflict coming up now.

The entire group interaction was really enjoyable, I think you did a really great job of conveying their friendship towards each other. Zack is especially amusing this chapter and I have to agree, I think he and Tifa actually do go together pretty well.

Great job with all of Cloud's thoughts as he waited for Aerith to show up, it was a very realistic scene. I also really liked how we as authors both have Cloud find Aerith even more beautiful with her hair down instead of her usual braid. Hopefully this date is going to go well...

The first section with Zack and Tifa was funny, to me at least. Tifa saying that he wasn't allowed to love her was quite amusing.

I'm not sure what I think about the Yuffie/Reno pairing. I've never actually read it before, but I wouldn't say I'm opposed to it, it's an interesting one. The kiss at the end of the section was quite a surprise though.

Loved the final section, Aerith asking him out on a date was great, I'm looking forward to reading that part. I also like how you included the detail about the librarian, it was just a tiny side thing, but I thought it fit really well.

I really love how you work your descriptions into the story, they flow together with the conversation very well. I really, really want to know what Tifa did to Cloud though, that sounds like it would be quite a story.

Absolutely loved the meeting in the library, the interaction between the two was very well done. I'm so glad Cloud found the courage to turn back and ask her.

You've left me reviews in the past, and I realized I'd never even read one of your stories, which isn't fair at all. So seeing as how I'm currently working on a story somewhat similar to this one (HS) I thought I'd give it a read though.

Yay for Aerith and Sephy breaking up right at the start. Yuffie is also incredibly awesome this chapter, so many of her lines are hysterical. I feel a bit sorry for Tifa, but then again I -always- do in Clerith fics. I like Aerith so much more, but Tifa is still awesome.
