Another thing I didn't expect! Naruto leaving with Sasuke!

I've gotta admit, I'll miss evil Sasuke and Naruto, because I really enjoyed those two characters, twisted, dark and soulless though they may be. It was perhaps very refreshing to see a SasuSaku fic in which Sasuke is truly evil (though we have innocent young Sasuke to balance that). Fics then to have "evil" Sasuke have a soft spot for Sakura, but you made him completely evil, and I loved it. I also likes evil Naruto.

I don't read much Naruto fics, and I only recently got started on SS fics, but I'm so glad I found this fic. Great story, and I'll try and get started on Pause too. ^^

Ahem. The Sasuke/Sakura in this chapter was hot...which makes me feel twisted and wrong because it's not supposed to be. I mean, you might have written it to make it seem hot, but in a real situation, it's totally not right. So I feel like a rapist. O.O

Moving on...Sasuke trying to commit suicide made me feel so sorry for him. He's finding out so many things, and I don't think his 12 year old self, at the time of leaving the village, really grasped the true extent of what he could do if he really did let the "devil take over" him like he claimed he was willing to do to kill Itachi.

The Naruto and Sasuke friendship is really great. I don't like all the Naruto/Sasuke in the manga because even if it's just friendship 1. I have to deal with all the yaoi screams and 2. it's so overbearing and overshadows the other interactions. I want more interactions between Sasuke and Sakura or Kakashi. But in this fic, it's a real grounding factor for the two boys and I think it's written very well.

Naruto being evil too was really unexpected! I think you wrote the story and his character well enough for it to be believable. But I was still shocked. I thought he would be training somewhere. So he and Sasuke did elope! Haha

I knew we were in for the rape scene. Sasuke was so cold, it was chilling to read. It shows great writing.

But...Kakashi died. T_T I know Sasuke and Naruto MUST go back in time somehow, but Kakashi died. T_T And don't tell me Sasuke's going to rape Sakura again?

This one was a really fun chapter, because of the anticipation of finally finding out about older Sasuke and Naruto. Imagining a 27 year old Sasuke made me drool so hard. Haha I'm such a fangirl.

There are parts where I got a bit confused, like when Sasuke thought back to how it was at their first night camping.

"Sighing, I remembered how it was our first night camping out with Satoshi and Kenji.

Naruto and I had finished setting up our tents, frowning as Kenji and Satoshi had stared at us. It was pouring buckets of rain."

That's where the flashback starts and:

"After that, I figured he just went to sleep.

Shaking my head at the memory, I inclined my head to Naruto..."

That's where the flashback ends..but I think you should have put some lines like - or something at the beginning and end because it got a bit confusing, as I forgot I was supposed to be looking at a flashback and it all just blended in, especially since they are all oneliners (it seems to make it worse for a reason but I like the format you wrote the story in, don't mistake me).

I liked how Sakura knew Sasuke was leaving again. She KNOWS. *squeals*

Naruto screwed his conversation with Hinata up too. LOL 12 year old hitting on a 27 year old. AWKWARD. And Kiba drunk was so hilarious to read, though I'm not sure if it was meant to be. Haha

I didn't say it the last chapter, but I liked Neji's devotion to Hinata. It always makes me smile.

Why do all the SasuSaku fics have Shikamaru with Ino? I like him with Temari! <3 LOL

I love the changing POVs. Still in character, and handled deftly so it's not confusing. Lee courting Sakura still made me feel a bit sorry for him, but he's such a sweetheart I think Sakura appreciates it.

LOL Sasuke had a crush on Sakura since Wave. Cute! I'm not sure if that's the case in the actual manga, but I'll pretend it is. Haha And he really screwed that conversation with Sakura up at the end, though it's not really his fault.

Wow, Sasuke raped Sakura? That's nasty. Poor young Sasuke, him vomiting was such a great reaction, so good work for that. The whole scene with Sasuke finding out he raped Sakura was very nicely written, and I loved the blend of italics and normal characters with the thoughts and flashbacks mixed together. I also love it when fics have Kakashi being very protective of Sakura like a father, so I was glad when I saw him react so violently to young Sasuke.

I love Satoshi and Kenji, and I usually hate OCs because they tend to be self-indulgent. But these ones are fun and cute!

I've seen quite a bit of "people thrown into the future" fics, but none as in character as this one. The reactions are what I would expect from Sasuke and Naruto.

The kid was half-expected, so it'll be good to see if you can keep this realistic. ^^
