Most of Sumeragi Subaru died with Sumeragi Hokuto. Then another poart of him died with Sakurazuka Seishiro. Only Kamui needs to die and Sumeragi Subaru will die.

That was angsty.

I LOVE it! the begining was LOVELY, so CUTE! And the part with the eye clawing thing... creeped the hell out of me. It's something that might happen, but... GAWD! I get the chills imagining it. When he refused Kamui I felt SO SAD! And I bet the bird WAS from Seishiro, he just masked the magic.

Last bit... almost made me cry. It's so depressing, but what's the most painful is that the wonderfully sweet and loving Subaru is like this. At the end he only wonders who'll be left to feed the tree. T.T

The last line gave me chills. And then, looking back, I noticed you never DID say Subaru's name, just "the Sakurazukamori".

This fic was really well written with excellent descriptions and it made me feel as though I was watching everything happen. But it was so angsty that I started to wish it WASN'T so well written... T.T

I loved it. It was so beautiful, with a really clear, bleak image of Subaru disintegrating. The line about him hating animals hit me like an arrow, and the entire passage about Seishirou's death- especially "Seishirou had handed him a shovel and told him to dig deeper"- felt like you had opened up their relationship and given it to the readers like an ugly but unavoidably poignant present. (Excuse my lame similie.) Great great great. :) Whenever I read your fics I re-realized how much I admire them and wish I could emulate them.

Of course, when you're not eating, your clothing grown larger !
I love all your Subaru fics. It's interessing to read the evolution of subaru's mind.
