Glorious and sad and wonderful all at the same time. The Doctor and Romana are almost caught in each other's orbits - not quite breaking free - and you write their strange, bittersweet friendship with great empathy. It works well to juxtapose them with the last moments of Gallifrey - the Doctor, with and without his people, with and without his best friend.

Eek, I'm rambling on. Can you tell I like that story very much?

Wonderful story. The structure of it was building, very intense and good characterization. I love it, and it left me quite sad.
