I really liked the first "Fetal-dream", and possibly the third, but the second seemed to come to... easily to Wilson. I mean, it's a stretch to go from caring friend to cuddling-you-in-the-dark-of-night without any developments. Maybe you could have given a little more time, ease Wilson into it.

The third dream also seemed a little cheezy. The idea of House curled up in bed only a few minutes after Wilson came in meant that House was leaving himself very vulnerable - something he's not apt to do.

Otherwise, good story and very creative idea.

This has to be the best fanfic I have ever read in my life.
