Been a flippin' year and change since you've updated. Chop chop! LoL I'd be more specific about what I like about this fic (mainly b/c it's nearly exact to how I'd handle their relationship, as agonizingly beautiful romances are best IMO LoL), but its very late and I'm beat! UPDATE, YOU! ;)

I know I have said this before but Jubes is presented very well. I have always liked Jubilee and her attitude, but I noticed that she doesn't have a big role in the comics like she used to. Now she's just a minor character, which makes me mad. But you brought her back to life in this story. Kitty's awesome too. I didn't like her all too well in the movie though. They made her like some weird bratty girl who was out to get a hold of Bobby. Creepy. I don't know why, but I love how you put John in this too. I know he isn't exactly appriciated but I thought you did a good job on him in this. Just typing down my thoughts here...but does Scott have a thing for Ororo? So, he might be willing to marry her and perhaps leave Jean. Whoa, Jean might take that chance and get a hold of Logan! Okay...enought speaking my thoughts. It's your story. And I'm sure you have it all work out in the end...and if not, I'll still love the way you introduced this story. "What is it with all these mutants that they don't have last names?" I was in the library when I read that part and I laughed out loud, so the guy next to me gave me the weirdest look. It was embaressing but I thought it was funny and how true it was. Oh, well. Keep up the good work. I think you're on a role, though I think you said you're gonna be away for a while? So, if you can, try to get the next chapter up soon. Don't rush, though. I can see why this chapter was very necessary and you have set the scene for what comes next in a really interesting way. I noticed a few typos and the occasional section where you obviously edited a sentence but nothing major. Lack of a beta doesn't detract from the story. Really looking forward to the next update, Darlin'. No one writes RoLo quite like you. :0)

She thinks Forge is a good guy. That's sad too. For a moment, I thought you were goin' to have Scott fall for Ororo. B/c he's Amrican and all. It seems like Jubilee and Kitty and the only ones who are sensible right now, well sort of. They're trying to get things in order. Forge creeps me out and makes me angry. He's weird. And horrible. He just made Ororo illeagal (sp). I can't believe this. Wow. You totally know how to make a story. And Jean--you did a good job on her. Though I usually like her as either dead or a best friend to Ororo, she's still real cool and you made her well for this story. Your Jean/Scott relationship in this is funny too. It's like a little comical relief (sp). Scott's always trying to figure out what Jean wants and loses at the little 'game'. I love it all. And keep writing. I can see you're really into this story, though it's from the movie and not the comics. Please keep it up. This story is something I have found I look forward to reading. Like any other book from the library. Trust me. This is really good. And complicated though totatlly fun and cool to read. Many love triangles and I'm pretty sure you're gonna make us read a whole lot of more surprises, knowing your way of writing. So keep going. Later, darkmistress in the shadows
