 beauty0102 8/13/10 . chapter 1this was great. |
SunnyZim 2/25/10 . chapter 1AW, this story totally gave me the warm fuzzies - I love Dean being selfless and Sam being all hero-worshippy of his big brother;) This was fantastic! |
 Bundibird 7/1/09 . chapter 1Aww. :) I love it. Well done. |
sweetysmart0505 6/27/08 . chapter 1That- was beautiful! I totally wanted to cry because it's true. Sam and Dean are homless, poor, very much like beggers! That was a totally great story! |
 Fennec 1/31/08 . chapter 1 This is perfect. I adore you. |
tanpopo no hana 1/22/08 . chapter 1That was so sweet. And very true.
I loved the hero-worship that got Dean all embarrased .
You're definitely the queen of the perfect one-shot. |
girlfan1979 11/20/07 . chapter 1Oh, ouch. Well done, this piece packs quite a punch. |
luvjase 11/9/07 . chapter 1This was beautiful. I just loved it. This is what my cousin does - she buys the food instead of giving the money. I loved how Dean and Sam couldn't overlook the man. |
pringle.sam 7/5/07 . chapter 1Aw! Love Dean when he shows his softer side. Well, love him more, anyway. Always love him. How not? |
Shinigami061 6/3/07 . chapter 1Very sweet, heartbreaking, wonderfully written :) Loved Dean's thoughts about how he and the old beggar were really not-so-different after all. Keep up the great work!

bubblesquirt 5/26/07 . chapter 1And Dean knew exactly how that felt.
Beside him, Sam bent forward and started plucking change from the floorboards.
Because Sam knew how it felt too.
...
Dean watched as the light turned green and all the cars inched forward, bit by bit, jockeying for precious inches that would get them to their destinations no faster.
...
“My good deed for the day. Now shut up.”
...
“Don’t do that. Don’t get all girly and shit. It’s not enough.” Dean raked a hand over his head and stared at the beggar’s huddled form. “Not nearly enough.”
“It’s something, Dean. It’ll mean something to him.”
...
I have no idea how this got past me, but I never saw that it was posted! Loved it. Amazing one shot. Great job! |
xsilicax 5/15/07 . chapter 1Anonymous help is such a Dean thing to do!
I was glad to see that he 'bought' food though, rather than gave money because (and I know it's not true in all cases but it is in many)in my experience money goes on cigs and booze, to negate that feeling of aloneness, that no-one cares.
Dean's way, the old man feels that someone cares enough about him to bring him food. wins all round. Acts like that mean the world.

Brigid Tanner 3/26/07 . chapter 1What a perfectly Dean thing to do! Gotta keep it annonymous, cause he doesn't deal well with people thanking him. And the hero-worship from Sam was perfect. |
DaunyelWay 3/18/07 . chapter 1Hey Emily! I so love the story, great deed from Mr. Dean! Keep up the great work!

bally2cute 3/4/07 . chapter 1Those Winchesters are good people. More people should take the time or effort, however small, and short of any felonius acts, to help others. I just adore your stories, and I always look forward to something new from you! |
