i hope Stumpy is very proud, because that was brilliant - not at all as angsty as it could have been, a lot funnier than i expected it to be and really very very Harry-like and very very good - and yeah :)

:) while i was reading i was literally like fawning over harry. i was like "aw!" with the "I fought as hard as I could to get to back to you" part :) what a cute story...
a little morbid what with him talking about how he wanted to die and such but not overly so. so good job!

It's late at night and here I am reading fan fiction. Little did I know that I would come across an incredibly amazing story as yours. But I did. And now I don't feel so bad that I'm up late reading when I really should be sleeping! I absoutely loved it. Harry's line of thinking and his letter. It almost had me crying a bit.

"His life was an endless cycle of confusion." I love this line. It just seems to summarize everything that is Harry. And it's placement in the story is appropriate.

Oh, and "Gin-Gin" had me chuckling to no end!

I liked the ambiguity of the story, and I don't think it needs anything else. It almost made me cry as it is so anything more and I might have been bawling my eyes out. I enjoyed the bit about the misspelled word. At first I thought it was a typo, but I liked the way you worked it in. Well done! The Harry angst over writing the letter was wonderfully penned, and I liked the bit with the sugar quill. :) I think it's good that you didn't try to drag it out longer than this; it seems to work quite well as it is. And on that note, I'm not going to drag this out any longer. Kudos! ~Micah
