I read this story and I really loved it! I think the ferry arc is really one of the most interesting topics where GA MerDer fanfiction could revolve around. I loved this but I loved LST more, probably because the timeline's longer so there's more events covered. However, I noticed that in this story, it's Bailey's counselling that made Derek see the effects of their one-year of turmoil-and-sad-events on Meredith which the retrograde amnesia did in LST.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to your next multi-part GA writing project. You're one of the very few authors (I can only think of you and Morgen86 and GreysAddict, actually) that really write excellently to the point that I can conjure up mental images of the scenes as if I'm watching a real GA episode. I know you wrote this story a long time ago but I thought it was really good. Also I think it would be really cool if you did a sequel even of it was just a one Shot chapter. You could wrote about them moving in or getting married and Starting a family! Just a suggestion. I loved The story.

Great story. Hard to read sometimes watching Derek struggle with his fears but all worked out in the end.

This is another storyline I've read that would make great tv. But since that won't happen I'll enjoy reading instead of watching but in my mind I can see them saying your lines.

You've written post nde exactly as many of us wish it had been looked at, rather than just shoved under the rug. Given last week's epi, interesting, Derek is not there either when she says good bye to her mother.
