I like your zany ideas. It wasn't entirely clear when were the three times (other than the first one) that she was defying the DL. and wasn't the prophecy kid supposed to have both parents that defied the DL three times? Minor difficulties aside, I enjoyed your story.

Have you ever thought of doing a one or two chapter sequel for the story...would be hilarious to see everyone, especially Albus, Harry, Hanna and Tom's reactions to who beat him.
