cool chapter, very interesting so far, keep up the good work. although try not to get too caught up in a lot of secondary characters, like the people Nyx works with at JamPony and everything. stories can start to become too tedious or garbled that way, i speak from experience, i'm pretty sure i wound up killing them all, or no, was it putting them asleep, or maybe it was a coma, hm, not sure.

but good stuff, seriously, it's fresh and a lot better done than many.

Whoa, it's been about 6 chapters since I dropped by for a comment!

I like where the story is heading. I definitely would like to see some romance between Aric and Nyx soon! They're cute together, although I would be pissed if someone PIMPED me out! Wow, that's insane. The comic book thing was cute.

I do have a small warning, though. I don't know if it's warranted or not, but I'll say something anyway. Be sure not to let your O.C's (Original Characters, not Cindy) become Mary-Sues. What I mean is, don't make Nyx absolutely perfect all the time. She's beautiful and strong because Manticore made her that way, but she has flaws too. I'm sure you have her character in your mind; just be sure to add some of those flaws. An example: as much as I loved seeing Alec and Nyx meet up, I had a bit of a hard time believing she could punch him and send him to the ground, since he's transgenic, too.

Other than that, I love it! Can't wait for her to eventually drag herself over to TC. I'd love to see Max and everyone through her eyes.
