I really enjoyed this. It kindof reminded me of my sister when we all lived at home. She was always bringing home orphans and strays. Ferrets can be a lot of fun to have. I think that Gil will come to love him. anne

Bertrand is going to have Gilbert wrapped around his 'little paw' in no time. That was precious. Personally, I always pictured them with a very independent and affectionate cat.

My mom's gonna hate you cause now I am going to be begging her for a Ferret named Bertrand for the next 4 years. :) Absolutely adorable fic, it's got my smiling like a lunatic.
