I think this story was incredible. And I really like the idea of the companion piece that shows Derek and Casey's side. That'd be really neat.

Wow, I just read this whole thing, and I admit, while I wasn't too happy with Dasey being portrayed in a negative light since I *LOVE* them, seeing Sam and Emily's past was really good and eye-opening. Poor Sam though, playing their song...

This was the first time I've ever hated Dasey. Its a strange feeling. But good job for making it work. I read the whole story in one sitting and I enjoyed reading a fic from Emily's POV.

For the first time ever I have found myself against the Dasey pairing! But even though it was OCC it was a very sensible one. DANG! This has to be my favorite chapter in the history of anything that I read. That was so satisfying!

I am impressed both by your writing and your freaking hilarious disclaimers. LOL'ed at the Knock Knock one. :D Thanks for sharing! Reading this fic one would almost thin you hate Derek and Casey. But I think it just shows the talent you have as a writer.

aw, yaya. go sam. i mean, it still kinda sucked that it took him so freaking long to realize that he still didn'thave any real feelings for casey, but im so glad he did!
and yay, now him and emily can be a happy couple, for real! whot whot.

oh, and the ending did seem really open ended. i'll have to check out the sequel. im excited about it being based around what went on with derek and casey. and i want to know how emily and casey's little coffee date went and what happened to their relationship afterwards.

ah, fanfiction. what would i do without it?

haha, time has really hardened our dear casey. oh well, she's helping out the troubled couple, so i guess it's s good thing.
