I enjoyed reading your "French Vanilla" too, and even though the context is very different, in both stories I really like how you depicted the character. I see Don very much like that and the whole thing with the flowers here is just too sweet! Great job! :D

I've got one word for this story: AW! That was so darned cute and sweet at the end. Those three words are definitely worth it. You did an excellent job getting inside April's head and portraying her thoughts and emotions.

Oh, I love this so very much. It's so perfect! In every way. Not too long, not too mushy, there's enough angst and frustration and the way Raph postured himself, the way he was so totally disgusted with his crazy-in-love brother's antics, had me clasping my hand over my mouth to keep from laughing out loud. LOL Seriously, this is one very cute story and I love it.

And I loved April trying to reason herself out of the relationship, only to find herself dragged back in with the simple words from Donnie, "I love you, April."

I've never read the story this spawned from, but I guess I should, eh? :0)

Anyway, I give this 5 stars because it's just so perfect.

I guess it's not as bad as it looks, cause if Raph didn't panic and Don could move around, then it wasn't as life thretening. Probably just sore all over or something. As bittersweet as the loss of Casey and Shadow, I guess there are times that even Don cant fill the gaps, huh...

a fitting sequel to "Unforgiven"-very nicely done-brings up the 'boyfriend doing dangerous work' theme and gives a resolution/reason to why it's all worth while.your description of the emotional relationship is most insightful. much appreciated. thank you.

fab story - i love the details, the angst, and the humor - even through the dark parts, even through raph's 'steely glare'. it reminds me 'exactly why it was worth it'. ;D
