A very pretty story. I especially like the logic behind Anko and Kakashi talking. Orochimaru and the Yondaime must have talked a few times, if not frequently. Both being considered for the position of Fourth Hokage, I think they'd talk a lot.

I like your characterization of young!Kakashi and young!Anko a lot. They are just very fun, quirky little kids to mess with. You did a nice job.

...your author's notes confuse me, though. Orochimaru was definitely the one who abandoned Anko, whether you're considering the anime or the manga.

There's still hope for you int the fluff department. I find the first part a cute... hehehe
